Swap My Ticket.co.uk is a FREE UK Ticket Exchange website aimed at people who would like to BUY, SELL and SWAP their spare tickets with each other ethically for events in Music, Theatre, Travel and Sport. 

This site is completely free to use, just register with us and you can start searching for tickets or advertising your spare tickets straight away. Just click on the Register button above and follow the instructions.
 

Swap My Ticket.co.uk is an on-line notice board, we are just a venue and do not hold any of the tickets ourselves so please be aware that there are some rules and legal regulations that apply with the selling or trading of some tickets and it is up to the seller/swapper to know these rules before they pass the ticket on.

Swap My Ticket.co.uk advertises tickets for many different events, so it is possible (if all the individuals involved agree) to swap concert tickets for travel tickets or theatre tickets to sporting events.

Your Step – by – Step guide to Buying Tickets

 

STEP 1: Register

 

STEP 2: Search for the tickets you require using the ‘Swap My Ticket’ search engine or by clicking the 'Buy Tickets' Tab at the top of this page or clicking on the category required at the left hand side of the homepage

 

STEP 3: Once you have found the tickets you require click the posting for more information

STEP 4: Click the sellers user name to see the location of the tickets

STEP 5: If you require these tickets then click the ‘Contact Seller’ button at the bottom of the page

 

STEP 6: Email the seller using the email page provided

 

STEP 7: Wait for the seller to contact you via email. When you have both agreed on the sale of the tickets you must then agree on the method of payment and ticket collection. Do not hand over any money until you see the tickets. Please see our help/faqs section above for more info.

 

 

Your Step – by – Step guide to Selling Tickets 

STEP 1: Register and log-in

 

STEP 2: Click on the ‘Sell Tickets’ tab at the top of the page

 

STEP 3: Fill out the Sellers Form. You must include as much information as you can about the tickets you wish to sell/swap.

 

STEP 4: Submit the form by clicking on the 'Add this Ticket' button at the bottom of the form

 

STEP 5: After a few minutes your ticket advertisement will have been displayed on the ticket board. Now all you have to do is wait for buyers to contact you via email- it’s as simple as that! Your advertisement will last 30 days, to re-post it at any time please click on the 'My Account' tab above and click on 'repost ticket'. Your ticket will automatically appear on the homepage under 'Tickets Recently Added'.

If you have contacted the seller regarding tickets that have been posted on this website, it is up to the seller to get back in touch with you. As much as we advise sellers to reply to everyone who emailed them regarding their posting, it is up to the seller not Swap My Ticket.co.uk to do so.

Once you have sold/swapped your tickets using this website please remember to remove your posting by clicking on the 'My Account' tab above on the toolbar.

If you are selling a ticket for an event that will take place over the next 7 days, your ticket will appear in our '11th Hour' section. If you are looking for an upcoming event, this section is constantly updated so keep checking for those last minute tickets.


 Delivery Advice

We advise buyers and sellers to meet in person when exchanging their tickets or to use a secure third party such as Paypal for all monetary transactions, but it is entirely up to the individual involved in the buying or selling process which method they would prefer.

Please do NOT hand over any money or directly credit a sellers bank account until you have seen the tickets.

We advise people NEVER to send their tickets via post when a swap is taking place, ALWAYS meet in person to swap. 

If you choose to send your tickets via post after a sale then always use Special Delivery post.
